Urban Hotel Bomonti - Istanbul

The staff showed really good personalized service, always ready to assist with a smile. Keser was particularly attentive. The room featured modern decor and a clean bathroom. Breakfast options were adequate but could be improved for those desiring more variety. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work effectively. The location was convenient, with easy access to central attractions but had some noise from the busy street. The staff was good, while room maintenance could use some attention.

The food was fabulous with a huge variety of alternatives. I thoroughly enjoyed convenient placing of an individual safe, climate control, and a mini-bar in the double room. The staff were very attentive, comfortable and magnificent location in the middle of the city.

Liked this hotel, had very comfortable experience. The property was nice, yet I stayed for 5 nights only. Nearby a subway station, the location was comfortable and beautiful, to big mall. Local fast food option Blok Mekan was 5 minutes walk away. The room was brand-new and quiet, it had a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and towels. The private bathroom.

The risotto at the hotel was out of this world, bursting with flavors that took me straight to culinary heaven! The staff's dedication was heartwarming. Keser was ever so attentive, crafting a nice experience. Plus, the location is just a stone's throw from top eateries like Kat 54 and The Populist bomontiada!

Though my room had cleanliness issues, the vibe was still cozy. Just keep that in mind if you're packing heavy!

The room we had included central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV. Everything was great and the staff was very polite and welcoming.

I had a lovely stay, enjoying the cozy vibe of my room and the refreshing drinks from the well-stocked fridge. I also loved unwinding in the leisure area with comfy chairs and relaxing in the TV lounge. The WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't really bother me! 😊

The room features a balcony, giving a nice outdoor space to enjoy. The health SPA offers a relaxing experience worth checking out.

The shower system had issues. The main shower head didn't work, limiting us to a smaller handheld option. Noise from the street is significant if your room is at the front. The safe box was malfunctioning, requiring a confusing workaround to access it.

The location is ideal for exploring. The family suite was great with spaciousness and comfort. The city view from the balcony was amazing.

Some aspects of service could be improved. I faced occasional delays in responses.

Had a blast with friends! Location was super handy for exploring, especially the local restaurants. Shoutout to the awesome staff who were always ready to help. They even sorted our transportation! Would recommend checking out the health spa for relaxation too!

They not only helped me book a taxi but even ensured I had the proper fare after an overcharge, that's dedication! The rooms were quite comfortable with clean bathrooms, perfect for a relaxing stay. I think the breakfast selection could be a bit more varied.
